Triple Helix participated today in a panel discussion hosted by the CT Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) in East Hartford, CT. The panel was titled “The Intersection of Manufacturing & Technology”. Its focus was to highlight areas of opportunity for CT manufacturers to leverage technologies such as social media, data analytics, mobile and cloud computing for growth and competitive advantage, while mitigating the risk.
Moderating the panel was Mike Driscoll, Executive In Residence, CT Innovations. Panelists were Jason Bittner, CEO – Triple Helix Corp., Andrea Obston, President – Andrea Obston Marketing Communications, Michelle Syc, CISSP & Senior Analyst, ADNET Technologies, and Phil Nemphos, Partner – Montovani, Murray, Nemphos & Tierinni CPAs.
Attendees included manufacturers from CT and MA, management consultants, several accounting firms and manufacturing trade associations, CT DECD and a regional workforce investment board.
