Triple Helix CEO Jason Bittner presented the value of a STEM education to about 60 East Hartford Middle School students today. It is part of a tour of local CT middle and high schools that Triple Helix has done the past few years to promote a Triple Helix-developed program called Free Range Kids.

Triple Helix joined two other organizations to facilitate a discussion on strategic technology planning between 20 non-profit executives. The intent of the session was to look at technology planning more holistically than is typically done, in this case combining IT infrastructure, organizational data and privacy/security in an overlapping discussion.

Triple Helix CEO Jason Bittner visited Litchfield Intermediate School today to meet with students and introduce them to 3D printing technology. It was part of an ongoing tour of local schools to promote a program developed at Triple Helix called Free Range Kids.

On Tuesday, November 10th at 6:00 PM at J. Timothy's (143 New Britain Ave, Plainville), the CT Tooling & Machining Association will hold roundtable discussions that cover a variety of issues impacting manufacturers. Triple Helix will lead a discussion on managing the company's most critical data.

Triple Helix participated today in a panel discussion hosted by the CT Center for Advanced Technology (East Hartford, CT). The panel was titled “The Intersection of Manufacturing & Technology”. Its focus was to highlight areas of opportunity for CT manufacturers to leverage technologies such as social media, data analytics, mobile and cloud computing for growth and competitive advantage, while mitigating the risk.

The South Windsor Chamber of Commerce announced that Triple Helix is a nominee along with two other companies for their Business of the Year award. In addition, the Chamber has honored us with an Expansion Award.

Triple Helix is proud to announce William Bussey and his team have won the UX Award at the TechCrunch DisruptNY 2014 Hackathon over the May 4th weekend. The UX Award is given to the hacker team that develops an application that provides the best user experience for users.

Triple Helix Corporation #3XC is attending the Big Data Retail Forum in Chicago this week. 3XC is looking forward to meeting new industry contacts, clients and learning the state of the art in Big Data Analytical techniques. Data and technology companies like Spotify, Tibco Spotfire, and BeyondCore will be presenting at the conference.
